Today is day 4 without a cigarette(you will find I'm a bad speller)
The cravings are almost unbearable I find lots of coffe is a good way to deal with them but it also increases the hours im awake at night and by being awake this makes fore more cravings the only hope i have is that Eric will keep my busy and my mind of smoking
